Deputy Program Head
Brian is a Staff Applied Physicist/Engineer and Deputy Head of the Applied Nuclear Physics program. He currently leads many of ANP’s Localization and Mapping Platform (LAMP) projects and is the lead of the Berkeley Nuclear Data Cloud (BDC) nonproliferation data management software team.
Prior to joining ANP in 2011, Brian focused on active interrogation techniques for nuclear nonproliferation, including cargo radiography and applications and physics of nuclear resonance fluorescence in actinides.
