Senior Scientific Engineering Associate
Alexey is a Senior Scientific Engineering Associate and Semiconductor Detector Laboratory (SDL) area lead. Currently, he heads the Charge Amplified Germanium (CAGE) LDRD project at the SDL and is an active contributor to both the CUPID and LEGEND neutrinoless double-beta decay experiments. Alexey also does Si(Li) and HPGe detector fabrication in the SDL and custom ion implants for a broad range of applications, including quantum computing.
